Recent Developments

The Settlement Agreement was approved by the Superior Court of Quebec on May 27, 2013.

If you wish to opt-out of the settlement, you must complete and send an Opt-Out Form before September 26, 2013. Please note that only Class Members who have already submitted a Claim prior to the order approving the settlement can opt out.

Claim Deadline
The deadline for submitting a claim was August 27, 2013.

Please note that Collectiva is currently processing the claims it has received, and will soon begin to provide compensation to Class Members who have filed a valid and timely claim.
