CHSLD St-Charles-Borromée

Out-of-Court Settlement of the class action against CHSLD St-Charles-Borromée.

The Superiour Court of Québec approved the out-of-court settlement reached, on April 15, 2013, between the plaintiffs in the class action and Handicap-Vie Dignité and Mr. Michel Allard (representative of the Estate of Gisèle Allard) as well as the representatives of the CHSLD St-Charles-Borromée (presently known as the CHSLD Centre-ville de Montréal and integrated with the CSSS Jeanne Mance) regarding a class action commenced against this establishment in 1998.



Fuel tax paid by registered Indians on reserve

On December 9, 2011, Collectiva was appointed by the Québec Superior Court as Administrator for the settlement of the class action regarding fuel tax paid by registered Indians on reserve in Québec, a case litigated by the firms of Belleau Lapointe s.e.n.c.r.l. and Dionne Schulze, involving a C$24.3 million settlement fund.

We would like to inform you that all the claims have now been reviewed. The approval letters and indemnities were mailed out on February 28th,2014.

The Superior Court of Québec has approved the Settlement Agreement reached between the parties to the class action relating to Activia® yogurt products or DanActive® probiotic drink products.





In May 2011 Collectiva was appointed Claims Administrator in a national class action by the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.
